We thought it was a great hotel. Omelet station at the breakfast bar was so yummy. All the hall ways were clean. For the size of the hotel it was relatively quiet. all staff were very friendly.

Not what I would expect at an Embassy Suites. I travel for work all the time and this was not a great experience. It was sorta clean, hairs places but I understand that. However the shower was a disaster and I couldn't use it. The ceiling was leaking from above when I woke up. When I brought it to hiltons attention I got a sorry here is 10k points. But I needed a shower and they could not accomidate. When I contacted hilton after the fact I got a, you got 10k points so you should be good. I pointed out 10k points doesn't cover the cost of a room or a night at another hotel to get a shower.

I was disappointed with the pool. It was surprisingly warm, and the chemical balance was off as the water was quite hazy. Also disappointing was the whirlpool, which was unheated and actually had colder water than the pool.

I called the front desk, and engineering was quick to respond. Carlos was fast and efficient in adjusting our refrigerator and room temperature—very nice and considerate service. This is our second visit and have enjoyed both times. Thxs

Horrible horrible experience Please do not stay here at any cost. We checked in on December 25th 2024.It felt like I was in a zoo.People were running around shirtless after kids.people were ******** with money in the dinning area.You can smell **** every corner of the hotel Piles and piles of garbage outside the rooms. Kids were dribbling basketball in the hall way at 11 at night. When we complained the management said they cannot say anything to their guest and offered us to leave the hotel. If You are coming with kids and family find another peaceful place. There was no quite time at all At midnight people were yelling f you in the hallways. Please save your money and do not stay here at all

My stay for 1/17/25-1/19/25 was a very disappointing experience. I am a silver member and try to stay at Hilton hotels whenever traveling. 1st off, the room I selected on-line, in app, was not ready when I arrived at my scheduled check in time, so I had to choose another room to my daughters disappointment. I was not treated or thanked for being a Hilton member when checking in. I was not offered the free compliment water/snack bag I receive at all other Hilton hotels. The rooms are quite outdated. My room, 326, fridge did not work properly...did not keep items cold...there was (have picture) a cocoon with dead spider in it, the pull-out bed had dirty sheets (had to request fresh linens). Your 5:30-7p reception was a joke. The only food offered was 1 bag of chips per person. I have stayed at numerous Embassy Suites and have never only been offered a single bag of chips (very disappointing). The bartender was not friendly at all. Breakfast in morning, those ladies were rude as well, they took our tickets right away on last day so we had to make sure we took more than enough food because there was no way to come back for seconds (without ticket). The amount of security you had monitoring us was ridiculous & scary. At one point we asked if we were in a bad area or if something was going on that we should be worried about. They were rude as well & they seem to love an arbitrary rule. The security guard enforce them like his life depends on it...no one under 18 in the hot tub, even if their parents were in there, food in the lobby, lobby curfew at 10p and everyone must go back to their rooms, wristbands for the pool and breakfast for children. My stay made me feel like I was a criminal and I was paying almost $200 a night to be treated this way! The way we were talked to & treated was awful! The staff & security was rude from the time I checked in till time I left! I understand hotel was full with hockey teams, but you treated us like criminals and people you did not want. Maybe instead of paying for all the extra security you could have treated us better and have the nice reception other Embassy Suites offer their guest. So if you want to pay to be treated terribly, stay in an outdated room, & be treated like a criminal this is the place to stay.😅
